You know your time of birth so you can work with your own natal chart at its full potential
Knowing the time, date, and place of your birth is fundamental for an accurate understanding of your natal chart. For example, the Moon changes sign every 2-3 days. If you were born on a day when the Moon traveled from one sign to another, only your birth time would pinpoint what sign it was in when you were born. If you don’t know the time in which you were born, you can ask for a rectification at a very fair price to my colleague Tamsin here.

Her passion for astrology extends beyond individual consultations, as she has spent the last 15 years imparting her wisdom in diverse educational settings.
With a unique approach to teaching, Giorgia has shared her astrological insights in formal and non-formal educational environments, facilitated group sessions, coordinated 6 astrological retreats, and served as a school teacher. She has been teaching in any possible setting you can thing of. Give her a blackboard and she will be happy!
Giorgia's multifaceted expertise is not confined to astrology alone. Her studies in somatic work, shamanic practices, and embodied work, combined with a penchant for theosophical studies, contribute to a rich and holistic learning experience for her clients.

Liza Puglia, a multi passionate somatic enthusiast, expresses a range of her sensorial discoveries from the kitchen to the yoga studio to the psychedelic realms. Her need for movement and playfulness weaves their way through her work as a way to lighten the heavier aspects of life to access our innate treasures. While building a restaurant empire in Argentina she began her studies in Tantra Yoga and eastern philosophies to balance the overwhelming chaos of entrepreneurship in South America. Eventually she left the restaurant industry to pursue a career in modalities dedicated to inner Self Care.
With a rather rebellious tendency Liza tends to create new recipes using ancient technologies adjusted to a modern society. Her main objective is - how to feel better in the body. From the physical to the mental to the emotional to the energetic. Her belief that no system works alone invites a blend of practices ranging from nutrition, to Kriya Yoga, to dance, to breath work, to intimate Self Study.
Having relocated to Lisbon she has been teaching Tantra Yoga, leading Self Study workshops, studying shamanic practices and psychedelic therapy, assisting in multifaceted retreats, experimenting in the kitchen and is currently creating an online studio. Her dedication to order, humor and spontaneity support her ultimate desire of freedom, joy and satisfaction.

Absolutely not! This workshop is open to everyone, no astrology experience required! All are welcome to explore and uncover the wonders of the stars together!

Wear layered clothes suitable for movement and bring an extra sweater as our temperatures will be fluctuating throughout the workshop. Bring a journal for writing and an eye mask if you have one. Recommended to not eat an hour prior as we will do some heated breath work. Come with an open mind!
